Appointment Rescheduling/Missed Appointments

Our practice offers an excellent standard of care and we pride ourselves on running to schedule. Your appointment with us is an exclusive booking for your dental treatment. Staff and all necessary resources and equipment are reserved for you. Please respect the appointment time by arriving on time so your treatment to be completed.

We assist your personal scheduling by sending you an sms message 48 working hours prior to your appointment as well as an email confirmation at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule a booking, we ask that you give a minimum of 24 working hours’ notice. This allows us an opportunity to offer the time to other patients in need of treatment. Please respect this policy.

Please consider your choice of appointment time when booking to avoid the need for last minute changes to your appointment. Last minute changes may compromise your treatment and should be avoided. They also add to the cost of running our dental practice if last minute rescheduled bookings cannot be refilled and staff and equipment not utilised.

We do not charge you for late appointment changes but repeated missed appointments or late changes may result in us not being able to provide you with ongoing care.

Payment Policy

Payment of fees is required on the day of service. We provide EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities for your convenience for automatic claiming through your health fund. We also accept MasterCard and Visa Card as well as cash and cheques.
Children covered by the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule are generally bulk billed for preventative care and diagnostic services but out of pocket costs may be charged for restorative treatment.
