What Are Implant Supported Dentures?
Over time, the effectiveness of the lower denture deteriorates, as the bone in the jaw gradually shrinks, and the denture becomes looser. Eating, speaking, social life all begin getting affected.
Implants are surgically inserted into the jaw bone with titanium screws (typically only 2 implants are required for each jaw) , thus providing a strong anchor. The denture can then be attached and detached from these anchors.
